Unclear to presenters that they will be chosen
So as a presenter/camper I was thinking that the votes would determine who would be the list of presenters. Maybe I was making the assumption since there is limited space.
Lastly, a day or three before camp, you’ll need to update your schedule. Some sessions may be dropped, others may have conflicting times. Go fix it.
This line just made me think that the schedule will change so you’ll need to check back to make sure your schedule is right.
I think something explicitly saying that “If you’ve submitted a session come prepared to speak as the schedule will not be chosen until 1-3 days before the camp.” and then for the attendees something like “The schedule will not be released until 1-3 days before the camp so check back to create your session list.”
Please don’t read this as a complaint just trying to help provide clarification.

The line about “may” be dropped was due to any uncertainty with raising money in order to afford ample space. It was always intended to convey that as a possibility. But in years past we’ve tried to make sure we had enough space/rooms for great information sharing to take place.
At this point, it seems pretty clear we’re making our targets… and we’ve got some great space for many many great sessions as a result!
I also made changes on the Sessions page. I chose wording similar to what you suggested.
But keep in mind, it is likely the schedule will change. Its a camp. It’s fluid, live, and organic. We’ve built the website to support up-to-the-minute changes. The schedule won’t be locked until Monday morning after the camp ;-)
