How Aegir Wants to Save Your Sanity

Sign In Aegir is this fantastic new way of deploying multi-site Drupal instances by using a Drupal instance to manage your Drupal Instances.
I plan to go over how to use Aegir, how to set up Aegir, and how to integrate it with your current workflow. I’ll probably go into how to expand on the base functionality that Aegir gives you – like all Drupal modules, there’s a lot to build on!
(I also plan to come up with a longer description for this, but give me a break, I’m on site today. :)

We should also do a Bof around Aegir. Been using Aegir for about six months now and it has totally changed my workflow. In a good way.

I think they want BOF’s added just like sessions so they can determine room space. Bob you want to add a session for the BOF?

Alpha 9?
I know it’s fresh, but have you checked out the newest release of Aegir? They’ve got some awesome features including the ability to have a master Aegir server that controls web and DB servers that don’t need to have Aegir installed on them. I was just wondering if the new stuff will make it into this presentation? otherwise we can always talk about it in the BoF.
