Many years in various flavors of supporting people using technology at work or to manage personal finance. Now at a fantastic nonprofit, developing an intranet for the Customer Service operation. Away from the computer, I'm a docent at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, serious (but amateur) modern dancer and avid hiker.
