He gained his experience in the consumer products industry, specifically in merchandising and analyzing consumer purchasing habits. This has provided him with valuable insights into the motivation of turning casual observers into consumers.
After several years in the consumer products industry Ron embarked on his Internet career in early 1998 as the General Manager of SMC Networks' online business unit. In 2000, he expanded his endeavors by co-founding a Venture Capital backed community -based online magazine, 8wire.com. As a pioneer in Social Networking the 8wire business model became the foundation for Achieve Internet leading Web 2.0 development.
